Post-results service

If you received an unexpected result and feel that there has been a mistake in marking, there are procedures in place to allow you to have your marks checked and/or request a copy of your marked paper.

The Exam Boards offer the following Post-Results Services:

  • Review of Marking (if you are unable to open the document, try to 'Save' it first)
    • post-result review of the original marking to ensure that the agreed mark scheme has been applied correctly (it is not a re-marking of a candidate's exam paper) 
  • Clerical Check (if you are unable to open the document, try to 'Save' it first)
    • a check to ensure that the whole paper has been marked and that the marks have been added up correctly

Use the links above for further information, including fees and forms. Should you wish to go ahead with either of the above service, please return the form, along with payment, to the Exams Office by Fri 15 Sep.
